Write for conversation
Use short talking points and natural sentences. Keep important names, numbers, and questions where they are easy to scan.

Match the prompter to the camera
Select the display with your active camera and place the prompter near that lens. Reduce its width if your eyes travel too far across the screen.

Choose manual or voice control
Use on-device Voice Follow for supported languages, local volume detection, or direct playback controls depending on how scripted the call is.

Start a private call or recording and verify what a participant sees when you share one window, an app, or the full display.

TeleNotch includes a screen-capture privacy control, but capture behavior can vary by macOS version, meeting app, recording tool, and whether you share a window or the entire display. Test the exact workflow you will use. Sharing a specific app window is usually easier to verify than sharing the whole screen.

Does TeleNotch integrate directly with Zoom?
No integration is required. TeleNotch runs as its own Mac teleprompter while Zoom or another meeting app handles the call.
Will other people always be unable to see TeleNotch?
That cannot be guaranteed for every capture method. Use the privacy setting, share the smallest necessary surface, and verify the participant or recording view before the session.
Can I use it for Teams and Google Meet too?
TeleNotch is not tied to one meeting platform. The same camera-placement workflow can be used beside Teams, Meet, browser calls, or interview tools, subject to testing the chosen capture mode.
What should I put in a video-call script?
Use an opening, 3 to 5 key points, important figures, questions to ask, and a closing. Short blocks are easier to scan without sounding read.
