By downloading and using TeleNotch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
License
Ideas All Day Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TeleNotch on Mac devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any purchase terms shown when you obtain the software.
Acceptable Use
You may use TeleNotch for personal and commercial purposes, including video production, live streaming, presentations, and broadcasting. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the application except where applicable law permits.
Distribution and Updates
The Mac app may be distributed directly by Ideas All Day as a Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized download. Updates may require a new manual download until an automatic update channel is introduced. The planned iPhone companion is a separate app and may be subject to the distribution terms of Apple’s App Store.
Disclaimer
TeleNotch is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect voice recognition, or compatibility with every display, meeting app, recording tool, or screen-sharing method. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ideas All Day Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TeleNotch. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of TeleNotch after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
