Ideas All Day Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TeleNotch on macOS devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store terms.
You may use TeleNotch for personal and commercial purposes including video production, live streaming, presentations, and broadcasting. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the application.
TeleNotch integrates with OpenAI's API as an optional feature. Use of OpenAI services is subject to OpenAI's terms of service and requires your own API key and account. Ideas All Day Ltd is not responsible for OpenAI service availability or pricing.
TeleNotch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of voice recognition, or compatibility with all hardware configurations.
In no event shall Ideas All Day Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TeleNotch.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of TeleNotch after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
