Overview
This policy covers the TeleNotch Mac app, its planned iPhone companion, and the contact information you choose to send through this website. The apps do not require an account and do not include advertising or product analytics.
App Data
The apps do not send scripts, settings, microphone audio, or usage analytics to Ideas All Day. Scripts and preferences are stored locally on your Mac. The current pre-release build has no TeleNotch account, cloud sync, advertising identifier, or developer-operated transcription service.
Microphone Access
TeleNotch requests microphone access only after you enable voice control, and Voice Follow starts disabled each time the app launches. For supported languages, the app requires on-device recognition through Apple Speech. When word following is unavailable, local volume detection can respond to speech level without creating a transcript. TeleNotch does not send microphone audio to Ideas All Day or a cloud transcription provider.
Local Storage
Scripts are saved in the app’s Application Support location and settings are stored with Apple’s UserDefaults system. Removing the app may not automatically remove its local Application Support data. You can remove that data separately if you no longer want it retained on the Mac.
Multipeer Connectivity
The planned remote uses Apple’s Multipeer Connectivity framework. The Mac shows an approval prompt, accepts one user-approved peer at a time, and requires an encrypted session. The iPhone sends playback commands such as play, pause, speed, reset, and scroll back; the current pre-release protocol does not send your script text to the remote.
Website and Email
This product page does not add advertising trackers or product analytics. Its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. If you email support or request a launch email, Ideas All Day receives the contact information and message you submit and uses it to respond or send the update you requested.
