Why is image recognition unavailable?
The current release-safe build does not upload selected images because a dedicated secure processing service has not yet been enabled. The app reports this before any upload occurs. We will update this page and the privacy policy before enabling remote recognition in a public release.
Where is my saved card library stored?
Saved card images and interpretations are stored locally on your device. Removing an entry deletes it from the library. Deleting the app can also remove locally stored app data, subject to iOS behavior and device backups.
How do camera and photo permissions work?
The app requests camera or photo-library access only after you choose the corresponding action. You can review or revoke either permission in iOS Settings.
What should I include in a support email?
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
