Who operates Tarot Scanner

Tarot Scanner is operated by Ideas All Day Ltd. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use the camera or photo library, save cards, open reference links, make a purchase, or contact support.

Camera, photos, and image recognition

The app requests camera or photo-library access only after you choose that feature. In the current release-safe build, secure remote card recognition is unavailable: selected images are not uploaded for AI processing, and the app reports that status. Before any future release enables remote recognition, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure to identify the processor, purpose, data use, and applicable retention.

Saved card library

Saved card images, interpretations, and dates are stored locally on your device. They remain until you delete the entry or remove app data. Device backups may be handled by Apple under your iCloud and device settings; Tarot Scanner does not operate a separate cloud account or cloud library for this data.

Analytics and technical information

We use Aptabase for limited, non-advertising product analytics. It may process basic app events, app version, device and operating-system information, and coarse region information so we can understand reliability and feature use. We do not use this information for cross-app advertising or tracking, and we do not send selected card images or saved interpretations to Aptabase.

Purchases, links, and support

• Apple processes App Store downloads, purchases, refunds, and related diagnostics under its policies.
• External reference links open only when you select them and are governed by the destination's policy.
• If you email support, we process the contact details and message you choose to provide to answer you.

Sharing, sale, and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the providers described above, when you choose an external action, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Local library data remains until you delete it. Analytics and support records are retained only as reasonably necessary for their stated purposes, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke camera and photo access in iOS Settings, delete saved cards in the app, choose whether to open external links, and contact us about a support or privacy request. Because Tarot Scanner has no app account, there is no separate online account to delete in this release.

Children

Tarot Scanner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without authorization required by applicable law.
