Agreement

These terms govern your use of Tarot Scanner, operated by Ideas All Day Ltd. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Reflection and entertainment only

Card meanings, upright or reversed perspectives, and prompts are general educational and entertainment content. They do not predict events, guarantee outcomes, establish facts about another person, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Make important decisions using qualified evidence and appropriate professional help.

Recognition limitations

Image recognition may be unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect. The current release-safe build does not upload selected images while a dedicated secure service is unavailable. If recognition is enabled in a later release, you remain responsible for checking the card name and deciding whether a result is useful.

Your responsibilities

• Use only images you have permission to capture or select.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not probe, automate, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass app or service protections.
• Keep your device secure and review saved entries before sharing them.

Purchases and availability

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown by the App Store. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, recognition accuracy, or preservation of locally stored data.

Ownership and external content

Tarot Scanner software and original content are owned by Ideas All Day Ltd or its licensors. External reference pages and third-party deck artwork remain subject to their owners' terms. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute third-party material.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for losses caused by treating an interpretation as a prediction or professional recommendation. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads. Mandatory platform or consumer-law terms control if they conflict with these terms.
