Recovery profiles, craving logs, journal entries, assessments, and selected birth details are stored locally in the app container on your iPhone. QuitAddiction does not require an account and does not sync those records to iCloud.
No. If you grant permission, the app can read selected sleep, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, step, and mindfulness information to show optional wellness context. It does not write HealthKit data.
Yes. Profile tools can create a journal CSV and a plain-text recovery summary. Review and protect exported files because they can contain sensitive information.
Seven days of access are included from first launch. After that, available monthly and annual plans, current prices, and renewal terms are loaded from the App Store before purchase. You can restore or manage purchases from the app and App Store settings.
