QuitAddiction Terms of Use

Purpose and limits
QuitAddiction is a general-wellness journaling and reflection tool. It can help you record cravings, prepare coping plans, track self-reported progress, and organize reminders. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, detoxification supervision, psychotherapy, emergency support, or a guarantee of a recovery outcome.
Safety and emergencies
Do not delay or replace qualified care because of app content. Alcohol or sedative withdrawal can be dangerous. Seek qualified medical care when withdrawal may be serious. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local crisis service immediately.
Your information and decisions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the permissions you grant, files you export, support contacts you add, and decisions you make. Protect your device and exported records because they can contain sensitive recovery and wellness information.
Prompts, estimates, and optional context
Coping suggestions, milestones, savings estimates, pattern summaries, HealthKit context, and astrology-inspired prompts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for you. Treat them as optional organizational or reflection aids—not clinical facts, risk predictions, professional recommendations, or proof that a health change was caused by the app.
Access and subscriptions
The app currently includes seven days of access from first launch. Continuing afterward may require an available monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The App Store displays the current price, duration, renewal terms, and available offer before purchase. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds under your Apple Account settings and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Local features may remain available without network access, while MapKit search, HealthKit permission, App Store purchases, notifications, and support depend on Apple, connectivity, device settings, and other services. We may change or stop features but will not knowingly misrepresent a material paid entitlement.
Apple terms
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads. Mandatory consumer-law and platform terms control if they conflict with these terms.
