What is a nudge?
A nudge is a lightweight preset signal sent to an accepted friend, such as Thinking of you, Where are you?, Hurry up!, Let’s go, Call me, or Look at this. It is not a public post or a group broadcast.

NudgeMe helps accepted friends and family exchange small preset signals without starting a full conversation. This page covers support, notifications, account deletion, privacy, and current device limits.
Nudges are exchanged between authenticated, accepted friends.
Send a small signal without composing or publishing a message.
Push delivery and paired-device availability are never guaranteed.

NudgeMe uses Apple push notifications. Delivery can be delayed or suppressed by network conditions, Focus modes, notification settings, battery policies, or Apple’s notification service. Do not use NudgeMe for emergencies or time-critical communication.
The Watch experience depends on its paired iPhone being signed in and reachable. If the phone is offline or unavailable, a Watch action may not send immediately.
Open NudgeMe Settings and choose Delete Account. The deletion flow removes your authentication account and associated profile, friend relationships, requests, nudges, notification token, custom data, and profile image from NudgeMe’s service.
Only an authenticated person with an accepted friendship should be able to send you a nudge. You can remove a friend in the app if you no longer want to exchange nudges.
