NudgeMe Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms govern your use of NudgeMe, operated by Ideas All Day Ltd. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use NudgeMe.

What the service does

NudgeMe lets authenticated, accepted friends exchange short preset signals and view recent nudge activity. Features may depend on internet access, notifications, a signed-in iPhone, and compatible paired devices.

Not an emergency service

NudgeMe is not designed for emergencies, safety monitoring, guaranteed delivery, or urgent communication. Notifications may be delayed or suppressed. Use emergency services or another reliable communication method when timing or safety matters.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and protect access to your device and account.
• Send nudges only to people who have accepted your friendship.
• Respect requests to stop, remove a connection when appropriate, and never harass another person.
• Do not probe, automate, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service or account protections.
• Do not use NudgeMe for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or abusive activity.

Accounts and deletion

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain the service. You can delete your account from NudgeMe Settings.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery, compatibility, or error-free operation. Apple Watch and widget behavior can depend on the paired iPhone, the active account session, network access, and operating-system limits.

Ownership

NudgeMe, its software, design, and original content are owned by Ideas All Day Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or create derivative services from the app.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, NudgeMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for missed, delayed, duplicated, or misunderstood nudges, or for losses caused by relying on the app for urgent communication. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

If you downloaded NudgeMe from Apple, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the mandatory terms control.
