Email the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private prompts, generated images, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Version 1.0.7 restores seven generation credits for new users and repairs an earlier zero-credit state when no successful generation was recorded. Update the App, close it, and reopen it.
Generation failed
Check your internet connection and try a shorter, non-sensitive prompt. The safety system can reject some requests, and the generation provider can occasionally be unavailable.
Image does not match
AI output varies. Use the prompt builder to make the subject, style, mood, lighting, and camera angle more specific, then try again.
Purchase not recognized
Use Restore Purchases in Settings while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Delete creations or prompts
Delete individual images from Gallery and prompts from prompt history. Removing the App deletes local App data, subject to Apple device backups.
Feature request or privacy
Do not include personal information in feature requests. For a privacy request, email us from the address you want us to use for the response.
