Acceptance

By downloading or using Imagine ("the App"), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.

What the App provides

The App converts text prompts into AI-generated images, offers a guided prompt builder and multiple canvas formats, and lets you save, search, copy prompts from, and share creations. Outputs and feature availability can vary by prompt, App version, subscription status, provider availability, and safety controls.

AI output and responsible use

AI output can be unexpected, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, sharing, selling, or relying on it. Do not submit personal, confidential, unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, and do not use the App to violate another person's rights. The App does not guarantee ownership, copyright status, uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Free use and subscriptions

New users currently receive seven generation credits. Free-use limits can change in a future App version. The App also offers optional auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions for unlimited generation while the subscription is active, subject to reasonable service and safety controls. The price, billing period, and included benefits shown in Apple's purchase sheet at the time of purchase control.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple's terms. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases requires the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests.

Your content

You retain the rights you hold in prompts and other content you submit. You grant Ideas All Day and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that content and return the requested output. You are responsible for having the right to submit content and for how you use or distribute output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to bypass limits or safety controls, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate others, or use output to deceive, harass, exploit, or harm people.

Availability and changes

Features that depend on AI, network access, the App Store, or third-party services may be delayed, limited, changed, or unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, ownership, fitness, availability, or a particular result. Ideas All Day Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the App or its output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
