Overview
Imagine ("the App") is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd. No App account is required. This policy explains how prompts and generated images are processed, what remains on your device, and how product analytics, purchases, and optional feature feedback work.
Image generation
When you generate an image, the prompt and selected format are sent over an encrypted connection through AIProxy to Replicate, which runs the image-generation model. AIProxy records the originating IP address, response status, request metadata, and error response bodies for service operation. Replicate removes API prediction inputs, outputs, files, and logs after up to one hour by default. Do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information in prompts.
The generated image is returned to the App. Prompt text and generated images are not sent to Aptabase product analytics.
Saved creations and prompts
Images, prompt history, favorites, and app preferences you save are stored in the App's private container on your device. Ideas All Day does not operate a separate gallery database. You can delete creations and prompt history in the App. Removing the App deletes its local data, subject to Apple's device-backup behavior.
Product analytics
Aptabase receives limited product-interaction events, such as screen or feature use and success or failure events, so we can understand reliability and which features are useful. Event properties containing prompt text, generated images, saved prompts, or written feedback are not sent. Aptabase and ordinary network infrastructure may process technical request information under their own service practices. We do not use this data for cross-app advertising or tracking.
Purchases and paywalls
Apple processes App Store purchases, billing, refunds, and subscription management. Superwall helps present paywalls and determine subscription access. It may process an app user identifier, Apple vendor identifier, purchase and subscription status, paywall interactions, and IP-derived region data for app functionality and analytics. Ideas All Day does not receive your payment-card or banking details, and this data is not used for advertising tracking.
Feature requests
If you choose to submit, vote on, or comment on a feature request, FeaturePortal stores that content with an anonymous app user identifier so the board and votes can work. Feature-request interactions can also be aggregated for product analytics. Do not include personal or sensitive information.
Service providers
Apple services
Apple may process App Store downloads, purchases, subscription state, ratings, crash information, diagnostics, and device backups under your Apple settings and Apple's policies.
Your choices and requests
- Delete saved creations and prompt history in the App
- Remove the App to delete its local data, subject to device backups
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings
- Avoid optional feature requests, voting, comments, and support email
- Contact us to request access to or deletion of data held for App operation
Children
The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise use and ensure that prompts do not contain personal or sensitive information.
Changes
We may update this policy when the App or its service providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
