Subscriptions Manager Terms of Use

Acceptance and personal use

By downloading or using Subscriptions Manager, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The app is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd for lawful personal organization of recurring-cost records.

What the app does

The app lets you record subscription information, review currency-aware monthly and yearly totals, see upcoming renewal dates, schedule reminders, and use widgets. It does not access provider or bank accounts, verify that a charge occurred, or cancel a service. To stop a charge, cancel with the relevant service provider or through the account that was billed.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and images you add. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for checking its accuracy. The app and optional services process it only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Optional AI features

Optional AI features summarize or extract information from the subscription data, question, or screenshot you provide. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It is informational only, is not financial advice, and must not be treated as confirmation of actual usage, charges, savings, offers, eligibility, or cancellation.

Purchases

Some features may require an in-app purchase or subscription. Apple processes purchases and renewals. Pricing, billing, cancellation, refund eligibility, and account management are governed by the App Store terms and your Apple Account settings.

Availability and changes

Features can be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued because of device conditions, operating-system behavior, iCloud, service providers, maintenance, legal requirements, or product updates. Ideas All Day may update the app and these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Renewal dates, totals, reminders, imported fields, and AI output depend on the information you provide and may be wrong or delayed. Always verify charges, renewal terms, and cancellation status with the relevant provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideas All Day Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or reliance-based loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, bypass safeguards or purchase controls, use it for unlawful activity, or present its estimates, imports, records, or generated output as verified provider information.
