Subscriptions Manager Privacy Policy

Data you add

The app stores the subscription details you choose to enter, such as service name, price, currency, billing cycle, category, renewal date, status, notes, and an optional image. These details provide your records, currency-aware totals, renewal calendar, reminders, and widgets.

Storage and iCloud

Records are stored on your device. When iCloud is available for the app, Apple may synchronize those records across devices signed in to your Apple Account. Apple controls iCloud processing under its own privacy terms. Deleting a record removes it from the app's data store and may propagate through iCloud.

Optional AI features

AI features run only when you start them. For an assistant question, the relevant subscription details you entered and your question are sent through AIProxy to Anthropic. For screenshot import, the selected image is sent through the same route for extraction. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information.

• The app sends the context needed for the action you request, not your entire library automatically.
• AI output can be incomplete or wrong and should be checked before you rely on it.
• You can use the core tracker without the optional assistant or screenshot import.
• Anthropic states that standard API inputs and outputs are normally deleted within 30 days, subject to its published exceptions.
• AIProxy may process technical request, device-protection, and abuse-prevention information needed to operate the protected proxy.

Analytics, paywalls, and purchases

• Aptabase receives coarse product-interaction events for reliability and feature use. Events exclude subscription names, exact costs, screenshots, and assistant conversations.
• Superwall provides paywall configuration and related interaction analytics and may process device, app, paywall, entitlement, and purchase-interaction information.
• Apple processes App Store purchases, subscription status, iCloud, photo permission, notifications, and ordinary diagnostics under your Apple settings.

Sharing, sale, and tracking

Ideas All Day does not sell your subscription data or use it for targeted advertising. Information is shared only with the service providers above as needed for features you use, app operation, purchases, analytics, legal compliance, or protection against misuse. The app does not use data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Your choices

• Do not use optional AI features if you do not want the described content sent for AI processing.
• Decline photo-library access or do not select a screenshot.
• Delete individual subscription records from the app.
• Manage notification permission and iCloud access in iOS Settings.
• Manage App Store purchases and subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and Ideas All Day does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information through the app.
