Acceptance

By downloading or using Stockalyze ("the App"), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.

Educational research only

Stockalyze organizes market-chart observations, possible patterns, indicator context, price levels, multiple scenarios, alerts, paper trades, and educational explanations. It does not execute trades, connect to a brokerage, hold funds, monitor an investment account, or provide personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for investment decisions and losses. Verify all information, do your own research, consider your circumstances, and consult an appropriately licensed professional before risking capital.

AI output and market data

AI output can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or wrong. A confidence score, scenario probability, recommendation label, level, or pattern name is not a verified success rate or promise of performance. Market data from third parties can also be delayed, corrected, unavailable, or inaccurate. Past patterns and paper-trade results do not predict future returns.

Alerts and background refresh

Price alerts depend on third-party data, network access, iOS background scheduling, notification permission, and device settings. Alerts may arrive late or not at all and must not be used as the only trigger for a real-money decision or risk-control action.

Paper trades and personal records

Paper-trade records are user-maintained educational journal entries. Displayed win rates, returns, and R-multiples reflect the records you marked in the App; they are not independently audited, guaranteed, or representative of live trading performance.

Your content

You retain the rights you hold in chart images, prompts, profile choices, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Ideas All Day and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that content and return the requested features. You are responsible for having the right to submit it and for removing confidential or non-public financial information.

Free use and subscriptions

The App may offer limited free analyses and optional auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included benefits displayed in Apple's purchase sheet at the time of purchase control. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple's terms. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Apple processes payments and refund requests.

Acceptable use

You agree not to bypass limits or safety controls, disrupt or overload the service, submit unlawful or infringing material, use the App to facilitate market manipulation or fraud, misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice, or reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits.

Third-party services

AI processing, market data, iCloud, analytics, payments, subscriptions, and feedback features depend on third-party services with their own terms and policies. Availability, coverage, and behavior can change without notice.

Availability and changes

Features may be delayed, limited, changed, or unavailable because of network conditions, provider limits, market closures, App Store status, device settings, or maintenance. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, timeliness, profitability, fitness, or uninterrupted availability. Ideas All Day Ltd. is not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the App. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
