ScoreBoard Support

Keep the game moving.

Try the focused checks below or email us with the details needed to reproduce the problem. Never send a live-sharing code you still consider private unless support needs it for a removal request.

A live code does not open

Confirm that the scorekeeper enabled live sharing, that all six digits are correct, and that both devices are online. A stopped or removed shared game may no longer be available.

A web game disappeared

The web app keeps local games in browser storage. Clearing site data, using private browsing, switching browsers, or changing devices can make those local records unavailable.

The sport rules differ

Choose the closest preset or use Custom Points. ScoreBoard is a flexible convenience record; always follow the current rules and decisions for your league, table, or event.

Apple Watch is not updating

Keep the paired iPhone and Watch nearby, confirm Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are available, reopen the app on both devices, and restart the current game if the connection became stale.

A score or result is wrong

Use the correction controls during the game when available. For an important result, verify it against the official scorekeeper and governing rules rather than relying on the app alone.

Include useful diagnostics

When emailing us, include the app version, device model, operating-system version, selected sport, what you expected, and what happened. Remove private names and codes from screenshots.

Important limitation

ScoreBoard is a convenience record, not an official score, rulebook, referee, tournament authority, or safety guide. Confirm the governing rules and final result independently.
