Acceptance

By using the ScoreBoard iPhone app, Apple Watch app, or web experience, you agree to these terms. The Apple apps are also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. ScoreBoard is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.

What ScoreBoard provides

ScoreBoard is a convenience tool for recording scores, clocks, rounds, sets, results, and tournament progress. Optional live sharing lets a scorekeeper publish game updates to invited viewers through a six-digit code. Features can vary by sport preset, device, app version, connectivity, and service availability.

No official authority

ScoreBoard does not replace an official scorebook, rulebook, referee, league administrator, tournament director, safety policy, or medical guidance. Presets and calculations may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking the rules, eligibility, limits, result, and record that apply to your game or competition.

Your content and shared games

You retain ownership of team names, player names, game details, scores, comments, feedback, and other content you enter. You grant Ideas All Day Ltd and its service providers the limited rights needed to store, transmit, display, secure, and support the features you request.

Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not enter confidential, harmful, deceptive, unlawful, or unnecessarily sensitive personal information. Anyone who knows a live-sharing code may be able to view the associated game, so treat codes as private links and share them responsibly.

Storage, sync, and availability

Local browser or device records can be lost through deletion, device changes, browser clearing, failed sync, corruption, or service interruption. Live sharing, iCloud, Firebase, Vercel, Apple services, and other third-party features may be delayed, changed, unavailable, or discontinued. Keep any official or important record somewhere appropriate for your sport or event.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ScoreBoard for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or safety-critical activity.
• Do not impersonate others, publish content without permission, or use shared games to expose private information.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass usage limits or security controls except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Do not present a ScoreBoard record as official when the governing rules or people require another source of truth.

Product changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Intellectual property

ScoreBoard's software, interface, branding, and original content are owned by Ideas All Day Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Sport names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreBoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, or a particular result. Ideas All Day Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on ScoreBoard. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
