01

A scan missed part of the problem

Retake the photo in even light and include the full question, diagram, answer choices, values, and units. Avoid glare, shadows, steep angles, and cropped labels.

02

An explanation looks wrong

AI-generated work can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the assumptions, sign convention, units, substitutions, and final result against your course material or instructor.

03

Saved work is not syncing

Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled and that each supported device uses the same Apple Account. Sync timing also depends on network access, available iCloud storage, and Apple service status.

04

Subscription or billing help

Open Physics AI Settings to manage your subscription, or use the subscription controls for your Apple Account. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund decisions.

05

Delete study data

Delete individual problems from Recent Problems, remove tutor conversations or study sets in their matching screens, and manage any remaining Physics AI iCloud data in Apple Settings.

06

Share a feature idea

Use the feature-request area in Physics AI or email us. Describe the learning goal and the result you expected without including private school, account, or problem information.

Use Physics AI as a study aid

Physics AI can help explain a method, but it does not guarantee a correct answer. Verify graded work and never rely on it for safety-critical engineering, electrical, medical, or laboratory decisions.
