Acceptance
By downloading or using ParkingZone, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The app is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.
What the app provides
ParkingZone is an iPhone parking companion for paid zones in Sofia, Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv, and Blagoevgrad. It keeps vehicle details locally, prepares the city and zone SMS for you to review and send, shows bundled zone maps and official links, and follows active sessions with timers, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, and an Apple Watch companion.
You control every parking message
ParkingZone prepares an SMS using the vehicle and zone you select. It does not send or pay automatically. You are responsible for checking the registration plate, short code, city, zone, carrier terms, parking signs, and operator confirmation before relying on a parking session.
Independent reference app
ParkingZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by a municipality, parking operator, mobile carrier, Apple, Google, or Firebase. Zone boundaries, SMS codes, prices, schedules, holidays, maximum stays, eligibility rules, and service availability can change. Current posted signs and official local sources control.
Timers, reminders, and Live Activities
Timers, widgets, notifications, Dynamic Island, Apple Watch views, and Live Activities are secondary convenience features. They can be delayed, dismissed, interrupted, or unavailable. The parking operator's accepted confirmation and current signs—not an in-app timer—determine whether parking is valid.
Charges and connectivity
Carrier SMS charges, parking charges, roaming costs, taxes, penalties, or other fees may apply. ParkingZone does not set, collect, refund, or guarantee those amounts. Features may require network access, Messages availability, location permission, notifications, background delivery, or third-party services.
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the vehicle and registration information you enter and for having the right to use it. Do not use the app to submit false information, evade parking rules, interfere with services, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.
Availability, disclaimer, and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted delivery, parking validity, or a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideas All Day Ltd is not liable for fines, towing, clamping, missed reminders, carrier charges, indirect loss, or other consequences arising from use of or reliance on the app. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
