Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Tree records or iCloud
Check that iCloud Drive is enabled and the same Apple Account is active. Records can remain local when iCloud is unavailable.
Unexpected AI result
Photo-assisted suggestions can be wrong. Compare visible traits and consult a qualified arborist for safety, treatment, or significant decline.
Delete your data
Delete individual trees in the app. Manage any remaining IsaArboristBuddy iCloud data in Apple settings.
