By downloading or using IsaArboristBuddy ("the App"), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.
IsaArboristBuddy offers photo-assisted tree-species suggestions, confidence information, visible health observations, general care and pruning information, saved tree and care records, contextual AI chat, bundled arboriculture articles, and practice quizzes. Availability and output fields may vary by photo, tree, region, app version, and service availability.
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Species suggestions, confidence values, visible observations, pruning windows, care information, chat responses, and study answers are educational reference material—not diagnoses, certified opinions, professional tree-risk assessments, treatment prescriptions, or guarantees.
Do not rely on the App for hazardous-tree decisions, climbing or rigging plans, work near utilities, pesticide use, removals, legal or insurance documentation, valuation, protected-species decisions, or any situation involving safety or significant property risk. Obtain an in-person assessment from an appropriately qualified professional and follow local law, product labels, current standards, site conditions, and employer procedures.
Articles and quizzes are independent study aids. IsaArboristBuddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Certification names and standards belong to their respective owners. Always verify exam requirements and technical guidance with current official sources.
Tree climbing, aerial work, chainsaws, rigging, work at height, and work near electricity are inherently dangerous and require hands-on training, suitable equipment, supervision, current standards, and site-specific judgment. References to pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, injections, or treatments are general background only. Follow the product label and local law and use a licensed applicator when required.
The App may provide limited free usage and optional Pro access through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime in-app purchase, where offered. The current price, billing period, trial or introductory terms, and included benefits shown in the Apple purchase sheet at the time of purchase control. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Restoring purchases requires the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
You retain ownership of photos, notes, questions, and feedback you submit. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested features. Only submit content you have the right to use, and avoid personal or confidential information.

Features that depend on AI, iCloud, the App Store, or third-party services may be delayed, limited, changed, or unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, or a particular result. Ideas All Day Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on App output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
