Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled and the same Apple Account is active. Sync depends on network access, available storage, and Apple service availability.
A purchase is not recognized
Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple manages billing, refunds, and subscription status.
