By downloading, installing, or using History AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

History AI provides:

  • Interactive quizzes and flashcards for history learning
  • Study tools including cheat sheets and timelines
  • 24/7 AI chat assistance for history questions

The App is designed as an educational tool to supplement, not replace, traditional learning methods.

3. Academic Integrity

History AI is intended to help you learn and understand history, not to enable academic dishonesty.

  • Use the App to understand concepts and check your work
  • Do not submit AI-generated answers as your own work
  • Follow your school's academic integrity policies
  • We are not responsible for violations of academic policies

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

History AI offers:

  • Free tier with daily limits (2 scans, 10 quiz questions, etc.)
  • Premium subscription for unlimited access
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
  • Refunds handled according to App Store policies
  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

While we use advanced AI models, History AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information. Always verify important information with your textbook, teacher, or authoritative sources. We are not liable for any academic consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload inappropriate, harmful, or copyrighted content
  • Abuse the service or circumvent usage limits

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ideas All Day Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
