These terms apply to your use of History AI, provided by Ideas All Day Ltd. Your license to the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
History AI can analyze a photographed history question, provide AI-generated explanations, support follow-up tutoring, create practice quizzes or flashcards, and organize study materials such as timelines and cheat sheets. Features may require an internet connection and may vary by app version, device, region, provider availability, or purchase status.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or fabricated. History AI is a study aid, not an authoritative historical source, teacher, grading service, or substitute for course materials. Verify important dates, quotations, citations, interpretations, and exam material with reliable sources. Follow your school's rules and do not submit AI-generated work as your own when that is prohibited.
The app may offer free usage and optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Current products, prices, billing periods, introductory offers, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a transaction. Apple processes payment and subscription management. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account settings; refund requests are handled under Apple's policies. Available offers and usage limits may change prospectively.
The History AI Privacy Policy explains how app data, AI requests, analytics, purchases, feedback, and iCloud sync are handled. The app depends on Apple and other service providers; their terms and availability also apply to their services.
The app, its design, and developer-provided content are owned by Ideas All Day Ltd or its licensors. You keep the rights you already have in material you submit. The app gives you a limited license to use generated output for lawful personal study, subject to third-party rights and applicable law; AI output may not be unique.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or provider requirements, manage cost, or improve the app. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain available in every region or version.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, History AI and its external services are provided as available and without a guarantee that AI output is accurate or suitable for a particular assignment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian and when permitted by your school.
