Acceptance
By downloading or using Signature Maker: Sign & Fill ("the App"), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.
What the App provides
Signature Maker: Sign & Fill is an iPhone document workspace for scanning or importing PDFs and images, creating reusable image-based signatures, filling documents with text, stamps, watermarks, drawings, sticky notes, and shapes, recognizing text on device, organizing pages and folders, and exporting PDFs or images. Documents are processed on device and the library may sync through the user’s private iCloud account.
Image-based signatures and legal validity
The App creates visual, image-based representations of signatures. It does not issue a signing certificate, verify identity, authenticate a signer, notarize a document, maintain an audit trail, or prove that a document was not altered. Electronic-signature requirements vary by jurisdiction, document type, consent, identity process, and recipient. You are responsible for confirming that the chosen method is acceptable and lawful.
Your documents and authority
You retain ownership of documents, images, signatures, annotations, and exports you create or import. Use only content you have the right and authority to access, modify, sign, and share. Do not forge a signature, impersonate another person, falsify records, infringe rights, or use the App for unlawful or deceptive activity.
OCR, scanning, and document accuracy
Scanning, image conversion, page rendering, text recognition, placement, and export can be incomplete or wrong. OCR output is reference text, not a certified transcription. Review every page, field, signature, date, amount, recipient, and attachment against the source before relying on or sending a document.
Storage, iCloud, and sharing
Documents are processed on device and the saved library may sync through your private iCloud account. Exports and shares are delivered to the destination you select. You are responsible for device access, Apple Account security, backups, recipient selection, and removing sensitive copies from external destinations.
Availability and changes
Features can be delayed, changed, or unavailable because of device state, permissions, file format, iCloud, storage, operating-system behavior, or third-party services. We may update or discontinue features and may update these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of legal validity, document accuracy, identity, authenticity, availability, fitness, or a particular result. Ideas All Day Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
