The App, its design, and underlying technology are owned by Ideas All Day Ltd. Wine label images you scan remain your property. We do not claim ownership of user-submitted photos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideas All Day Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made based on AI-generated wine information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
