Toy Value Scanner ("the App") is developed by Ideas All Day Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Data We Collect

The App collects and processes minimal data:

• Photos you take: Images captured for toy scanning are sent to our AI service (via AIProxy) for analysis. These images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
• Collection data: Your toy collection is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
• Usage analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• AIProxy: For routing AI requests securely. See their privacy policy at aiproxy.pro.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): For toy identification and valuation. Images are processed per Anthropic's data usage policies.
• eBay API: For market price comparisons. No personal data is shared with eBay.

Data Storage

All collection data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal information on external servers.

Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally, you have full control. You can delete your collection data at any time by removing the app from your device.
