Acceptance

By downloading or using Migraine Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.

Purpose and important limitation

Migraine Tracker is a private iPhone symptom journal for recording headache or migraine episodes. It can organize timing, intensity, symptoms, triggers, medication notes, relief, calendar activity, trend charts, and local history without diagnosing a condition.

Migraine Tracker is a private journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat a condition and is not suitable for emergencies.

Your entries and device data

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter. The initial release stores App records locally in the App's private container. Deleting the App removes local App data, subject to Apple's device-backup behavior.

Availability and changes

Features can be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued because of device conditions, operating-system behavior, maintenance, legal requirements, or product updates. We may update the App and these terms.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, or a particular result. You remain responsible for verifying important information and using appropriate professional guidance and tools.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideas All Day Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, bypass product safeguards, use it for unlawful activity, or present its estimates or records as guaranteed professional conclusions.
