Acceptance

By downloading or using Loan Calculator ("the App"), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.

Purpose and important limitation

Loan Calculator is an iPhone financial planning utility that estimates monthly principal-and-interest payments, total interest, total cost, extra-payment savings, and an amortization schedule from the values you enter. It can keep comparison scenarios locally.

All calculations are estimates for informational purposes, not financial advice, underwriting, approval, a rate quote, or a lending offer. Confirm actual rates, fees, taxes, insurance, and terms with the lender.

Your entries and device data

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter. The initial release stores App records locally in the App's private container. Deleting the App removes local App data, subject to Apple's device-backup behavior.

Availability and changes

Features can be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued because of device conditions, operating-system behavior, maintenance, legal requirements, or product updates. We may update the App and these terms.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, or a particular result. You remain responsible for verifying important information and using appropriate professional guidance and tools.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideas All Day Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, bypass product safeguards, use it for unlawful activity, or present its estimates or records as guaranteed professional conclusions.
