If DuelSnap becomes available and you download or use it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Third-party card names, artwork, rules, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A development build may display third-party card information, but DuelSnap is not currently distributed on the App Store.
Any future release must use only content that Ideas All Day is authorized to distribute and must describe that content transparently.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of card information, prices, or recognition results. Card prices are for reference only and may not reflect actual market values.
In no event shall Ideas All Day Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
