Acceptance

By downloading or using Dog Identifier ("the App"), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.

Photo-based suggestions

The App analyzes a dog photo and returns an AI-generated likely breed or mix, confidence, descriptive traits, and reference information. Results can be incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or wrong. A photo result is not genetic testing and cannot prove ancestry.

Veterinary, health, and behavior limits

The App is not a veterinarian, trainer, behaviorist, diagnostic service, treatment recommendation, emergency resource, or guarantee of temperament, health, adult size, or behavior. Do not delay professional care or make safety-critical decisions based on an App result. Contact a qualified veterinarian or local emergency service when appropriate.

Your content

You retain the rights you hold in photos and text you submit. You grant the limited permission needed for Ideas All Day and its providers to process that material and return the requested identification, chat, feedback, or support function. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or another person's sensitive information without permission.

AI follow-up answers

AI-generated chat answers are general reference material and can be wrong. They do not establish a diagnosis, dosage, diet, allergy, treatment, or safe interaction between a dog and a person or animal.

Subscriptions

Optional purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple. The price, billing period, renewal terms, trial eligibility, and included access displayed in Apple's purchase sheet control the transaction. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.

Acceptable use and availability

You may not misuse the App, bypass usage controls, disrupt the service, submit unlawful or infringing content, or present AI output as verified professional advice. AI and cloud-backed features depend on network access and third-party providers and may be limited, changed, or unavailable.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without a guarantee of identification accuracy or uninterrupted service. Ideas All Day Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based loss arising from use of or reliance on the App. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
