Use a sharp, evenly lit photo and keep the complete prompt, diagrams, labels, values, units, answer choices, and instructions visible without glare or cropped edges.
An explanation or answer looks wrong
Compare the detected question and every step with the original, then independently check the biological process, assumptions, calculation, and conclusion with course materials or a teacher.
Saved study work is missing
Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled and the same Apple Account is active. Sync depends on network access, available storage, and Apple service availability.
A purchase is not recognized
Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple manages billing and subscription status.
