Better Parent Terms of Use

Purpose
Better Parent is a journaling and reflection tool for adults. It helps organize observations, prompts, reminders, optional family sharing, and generated reflections. It does not provide medical, mental-health, diagnostic, legal, educational, or emergency services.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite, and decisions you make. Obtain any permission required before entering or sharing another person's information. Protect exported files and family invite codes because they can expose private family information.
Generated and astrology-based content
AI-generated guidance, pattern summaries, voice extraction, and astrology-based reflections can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Treat them as optional prompts for reflection—not facts, predictions, diagnoses, treatment, or professional recommendations.
Accounts and family sharing
You may use local features without an account. Optional cloud and family-sharing features require a valid account. Do not impersonate another person, access another family without permission, or share an invite code beyond its intended recipients. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use.
Subscriptions
Any subscription price, duration, renewal terms, trial, and included features are displayed by the App Store before purchase. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under your App Store account settings and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Local functions may remain available without network access, while sign-in, synchronization, remote AI, ephemeris, purchases, and support services depend on third parties and connectivity. We may change or stop features, but will not knowingly misrepresent a material paid entitlement.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without a guarantee that generated content, reminders, synchronization, or relationship suggestions are error-free or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Apple terms
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads. Mandatory platform and consumer-law terms control if they conflict with these terms.
