By downloading or using Animal Identifier, you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Ideas All Day Ltd.

Educational AI service

Animal Identifier analyzes a photograph and suggests a possible species match. It also organizes educational details and can generate follow-up answers. All identifications, facts, confidence values, conservation information, and chat responses may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

Safety and professional advice

The app is not a substitute for a field guide, wildlife authority, veterinarian, rehabilitator, emergency service, or other qualified professional. Do not approach, touch, feed, capture, consume, or handle wildlife based on an app result. Keep a safe distance and follow local laws and official guidance.

Your content

You retain your rights in photos and text you submit. You grant the limited permission needed to process that material to provide the requested identification, chat, support, or feedback function. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or content containing another person's sensitive information without permission.

Subscriptions

Optional purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and trial eligibility shown in the App Store purchase sheet control the transaction. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass usage controls, use results to facilitate illegal wildlife activity, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability

AI and cloud-backed features depend on network access and third-party services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for safety, reliability, legal, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Ideas All Day Ltd does not guarantee a correct identification or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from reliance on an AI-generated result.

Apple standard terms

These product-specific terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
